`wah, u also attached liao ah.... who's the unlucky 1 ??? hahaha.... wish u all the best loh.... wat i can say is treasure wat u have..... i know u veri rich lah..... but somethings money can't buy 1..... 1 of them is calld L-O-V-E...... bring him to next year`s new year celebration gathering if u're coming back loh..... i also work harder now so tat i also got 1 2 bring for next year.... ah boh i sure kena suan by auntie jenny liao..... hahaha.....`
benji giving his comments. which was similar to guangzhao's comments about my 'unlucky' significant other hey i ain`t that bad ok =Pp but the above email really made me think.. money can`t buy love..

anyway.. you know how most asian girls want their guys to splurge on the 'big first date' .. and yes most guys do know that as well , and yes in their bid to impress they do splash out i must say . some examples being my ACS friends in singapore *shakes head*.

there are so many cliched first dates out there.. there's that whole teen movie date where they go to a carnival and end by sitting on the ferris wheel, there's that date where they go walking down the beach, there's that date where they're lying head to head looking at the stars, etc etc. and of course there's the whole bring flowers to her door, pick her up, send her back to the door, linger there, attempt at giving her a kiss without her parents seeing, and driving away.

well.. some words which are beautifully put may i say... a first date doesn't have to be big because of how much you spend.. a first date is big i`d agree, but because of what the guy does on the first date to show that he loves the girl. like, the guy could bring the girl to the most expensive restaurant in the world and be thinking about how much he's spending, or he could take her for a $50 picnic under the stars and sing to her.. which one do you think would be more meaningful? that's right i`d rather take the latter option =Pp.
